Pocket Full of Quarters Launch

I’m off again, leaving on June 3rd, quarters in hand! This time, I’m commissioned by my church for missions, peddling the soon to be released book, Pocket Full of Quarters, taking my Sheltie Belle, occasionally speaking publicly, and traveling in a 1992 camper van. Cheryle Touchton, affectionately known as “The Pocket Full of Quarter’s Lady,” is called to travel across America talking to individuals about their relationship with God. These stories of pain, love, and hope come from ordinary people and churches that Cheryle met while traveling through all fifty states, handing out quarters, evangelizing, and listening to spiritual beliefs, struggles, and victories.
The secret to meeting every human need is the greatest commandment, the Sh’ma: “Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy strength, and with all thy mind; and thy neighbour as thyself” (Luke 10:27). Cheryle’s travel journal leads the reader through five steps for applying the Sh’ma to specific life needs. As you study the Bible verses applied to each situation, you’ll understand that the secret to an abundant life is to stop focusing on your problems and to focus more on loving God and your neighbor.
Look for me as I travel. I’ll be the one tooling down the road with the words “Pocket Full of Quarters” on the side of the 1992 Roadster. I’ll be dressed casually, wearing fun jewelry, blowing bubbles, and doing a lot of praying. I expect God to direct and pave the way in the same miraculous way He did on the first journey.
