Travel Tip - Water
Travel Tip - Water

If you travel in a camper, when you hook up your hose to the water, run your sink faucet before you flush your toilet. I learned this lesson the hard way. You see, there is always air in line when you first hook up the hose. The faucet spits and sputters for a few seconds, before it runs smoothly. Last night, after I hooked up my hose, I used the toilet and flushed it, before running the sink faucet. It turns out that when toilets spit and sputter, they spray water everywhere. I’m spending as much time cleaning this camper as I spend on both of my homes combined!
