Did You Know… That if you lived in Jesus’ day and you were a woman, part of your job would be gathering sheep dung? Sheep dung burns well as fuel for fire and doesn’t flavor food. Wood was scarce in Biblical times and it was common to burn sheep dung. If you were a woman, gathering sheep dung was part of your responsibility. I learned this trivia by visiting the Holy Land in Eureka Springs, Arkansas.
